1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these terms and conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings described below:

• "Platform" or "Site" — The dps25 website and all services provided through it.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has created an account on this platform or has used its services.
• "Account" — A personal user profile registered on the platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — The act of placing money on the outcome of an event or game on the platform.
• "Bonus" — Additional reward funds or benefits granted to a member by the platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The minimum number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they can be withdrawn.
• "We" or "Our" — The authority operating the dps25 platform.

If any provision of these terms appears unclear, the interpretation of the dps25 authority shall be considered final.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on dps25 and use any of its services, you must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is open only to those who are 21 or older. Providing false information about your age is a violation of the rules and may result in account termination.

2.2 One Account Rule

Each member may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts and their balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

The name, address, mobile number, and other details provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful. Any change in information must be reported to the support team immediately. Accounts operated on the basis of false information may be closed at any time.

3 Account Management

3.1 Password Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password completely confidential. You should not share your password with anyone. If your password is lost or you suspect unauthorized access, you must immediately notify the dps25 support team.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities carried out on your account. Even if your account is used without your knowledge, the account holder will bear primary responsibility, though our support team will take appropriate action after investigation.

3.3 Updating Contact Information

If your mobile number or other contact details change, update your account immediately. dps25 is not responsible for important notifications not being received due to outdated information.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

The following mobile payment methods are currently supported on dps25:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service.
• Nagad — The postal department's digital payment service.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. The maximum deposit limit will apply according to each payment method's own rules.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Processing a withdrawal request generally takes 15 minutes to 2 hours. All remaining wagering requirements on the account must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be made.

4.3 Legitimacy of Funds

The funds you deposit must be your own and earned from entirely legitimate sources. Using this platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose is strictly prohibited.

4.4 Transactions Under the Same Identity

For both deposits and withdrawals, the mobile number registered in the account holder's name must be used. Transactions through third-party accounts are prohibited.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

When you join dps25, you can receive a 200% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total balance ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳22,000 → Bonus ৳20,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 25 times the amount of the bonus received. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposited amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Abusing bonus benefits or using methods specifically designed to minimize losses through bonuses is prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be placed under review.

5.4 Other Promotions

From time to time, dps25 may offer various promotional offers. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated with that offer. In the event of a conflict between general terms and promotional terms, the promotional terms will take precedence.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

All bets placed on dps25 are considered final after technical confirmation. If a bet is not properly registered due to a technical error, it may be voided. In such cases, the deposited amount will be refunded.

6.2 Bet Amounts

The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game or event will be clearly stated on the platform. These limits may vary depending on the type of event and the market.

6.3 Determining Results

For sports betting, results will be determined based on official results and announcements from the relevant sports authority. For casino games, the result from the game provider's software (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, etc.) is final.

6.4 Interruptions & Errors

If a game is left incomplete due to a server error, internet disconnection, or any other technical issue, dps25 will provide an appropriate resolution through investigation.

6.5 Responsible Gaming

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dps25. Participating in any such activity will result in immediate account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing or manipulating bonus benefits.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Registering or transacting using a third party's account or identity.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or other automated methods.
• Misleading other members or engaging in fraudulent activities.
• Spreading false information with the intent to damage the platform's reputation.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the dps25 platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, databases, and other elements — is entirely the intellectual property of dps25.

Users may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or use these materials commercially.
• Modify, adapt, or alter them.
• Transfer or license them to third parties.

A limited, non-transferable permission is granted to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This permission may be revoked at any time.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

dps25 always strives to provide uninterrupted service, however the service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. dps25 is not liable for such interruptions.

9.2 Third-Party Services

Our platform works with various game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) and payment service providers. dps25's liability for any errors or failures in the operations of these third parties is limited.

9.3 User Losses

dps25 is not liable for financial losses incurred through betting or gaming. Each user plays at their own risk and bears full responsibility for their own financial decisions.

9.4 Internet & Device

If any bet or game is affected by internet disconnection, device failure, or other user-side issues, the responsibility lies with the user.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 dps25's Rights

In the following circumstances, the dps25 authority reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Providing false or incomplete information in the account details.
• Bonus abuse or manipulation.
• Failure to meet regulatory or legal requirements.

10.2 User Rights

You can also request to close your account at any time. To do so, send an email to [email protected]. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw all valid balances, unless there is a matter currently under investigation.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that have been inactive for a long period of time, dps25 may send a notification to the account holder. If there is no response, the account may be archived.

11 Privacy & Data

dps25 places the highest priority on protecting users' personal information. SSL encryption is used on our platform and all data is stored securely.

When it comes to sharing information with third parties, we do not share user information except where required by legal obligation or necessary for the provision of services.

12 Changes to Terms

dps25 reserves the right to change or update these rules and terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, members will be notified via their registered email or through a notice on the site.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms and conditions have been published will be considered as automatic acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, please stop using the platform and request that your account be closed.
